I have tried many different approaches to ameliorate the underlying causes of mental illness. Some of the most common underlying physical causes are toxins and infections. Unfortunately, releasing or clearing these toxins and infections can result in die-off/ Herxheimer reactions that destabilize or worsen mental health.

This simple 7.23 minutes meditation has been extremely helpful in resolving the negative energetic and physical impact of infections and toxins on my patients’ mental and physical health, making the healing process from toxins and infections much easier for my patients.

Shortened Version of Minimizing Withdrawal Problems

The Minimizing Withdrawal Problems Shortened Version is a one-minute meditation meant to support medication or illegal drug withdrawal problems.  The “Life Energy” referred to, in this recording, is any energy that allows life to be whole, complete, healed, and optimally healthy, such as unconditional love, peace, joy, harmony, and truth.  I don’t describe what Life Energy means in this recording, to save time.  This recording was created for my patients who have difficulty concentrating and needed a shorter meditation to minimize their withdrawal problems.  I ask them to listen to it daily.  I hope you will enjoy it and that it will help you in your withdrawal process.
