Hello there!

Welcome to Season 3, Episode 2 of my Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast!

Many individuals feel overwhelmed, anxious, and powerless in response to the current political climate. But what if those emotions could resolve—not just mentally, but spiritually and energetically?

In this episode, I share a powerful energy healing template using EET designed to address the emotional toll of political stress. I applied it during a session with a patient, and it effectively and significantly reduced her anticipatory anxieties and fears about what might happen to her social circumstances because of changing political policies.

Using this helpful technique, you will be guided through a transformational experience that connects you to Life Energy, releases deep-rooted fears, and restores a sense of strength, trust, and inner peace.

Through this process, listeners can release inherited trauma, reclaim their power, and find grounding—even in uncertain times.

This podcast gently reminds us that healing is always a choice, and that with the right energy and intentions, we can transform even the most daunting emotional patterns.

Breathe in. Choose healing. Reclaim your peace. Enjoy!
