EET: Healing from Psychiatric Medication Dependency

Hello there!
After a delightful Healer’s Oasis ACEP session with Brad Yates, I went onto his YouTube channel and found an amazing assortment of videos where he walked people through a simple tapping technique (similar to a shortened form of Emotional Freedom Technique EFT) focused on resolving various issues. Each video focused on helping individuals overcome blockages to creating a thriving, happy life.

As I reviewed his videos, I thought, “This is a million-dollar’s worth of therapy, and he’s just sharing it for free. What a wonderful, generous man, and what a great idea!”

Now, I have a collection of Empower Energy Technique (EET) statements I’ve stored on my laptop over the years. It would be a simple task for me to follow Brad Yates’s example and convert these EET statements used in past sessions into YouTube/podcast sessions where I walk people through a healing process.

As I considered creating a series of videos like Brad Yates, I hesitated as I thought of some negative possible consequences of sharing EET healing sessions online:

Of course, it’s not as good as having your own, one-on-one session with a holistic psychiatrist. Healing from EET can be frighteningly fast or frustratingly slow sometimes too, which creates its own problems. Some people may not benefit from it at all. Others may scoff at it and think it’s useless.

Energy medicine is easy to learn and do. What is hard about energy medicine is shifting our healing paradigm to a mind-based rather than a pill-based intervention. EET can be a wonderful healing tool, or not, depending on whether the individual can understand the concept of connection to an ideal source of energy and apply the mind to shift energy to those areas that need support.

However. . . there may be a group of people who can’t afford a holistic psychiatrist who will appreciate these powerful, free EET healing sessions and benefit from them.

It’s an imperfect world, and if I were to wait for perfection’s arrival before sharing the wealth of healing that is possible through EET, I would never get around to sharing it. So, For those who are eager to learn how to use this easy, powerful, energy healing technique, I am creating the Empower Energy Technique (EET) Healing Series where I walk people through EET’s application on various issues from a holistic psychiatric approach.

To start the series off, I have created three EET sessions (see below for the YouTube and podcast links), each with its own special healing focus. Enjoy!

Have an amazing week!

I am excited to start The Empower Energy Technique (EET) Healing Series that will share the EETs that I’ve done over the years with my patients that have been particularly useful for my patients and can be universally helpful for others. To start off this series, I’ve created three YouTube videos and podcasts.

To start this series, I’ve created three different YouTube videos and podcasts. The first is a brief introduction to EET and will walk you through an EET session that addresses negative self-judgment and regret.

This third episode of the EET Healing Series targets healing from dependency on psychiatric medications. Of course, I recommend working with a holistic and integrative psychiatrist on this issue, but not everyone can afford a holistic psychiatrist, so this EET is meant to provide some energy-healing support to those who want to get off their psychiatric medications but can’t afford holistic medical treatment and follow-up.

The EET focuses on improving the neurological system and minimizing damage and hypersensitivities that come from psychiatric medication exposure. Using universal principles of energy medicine: intention, visualization, Life Energy, words, ideas, and focus, we use the mind as a tool to facilitate healing at the energy level.

Have a great week!
